Inspiration
I completed this piece after a trip to ny. I’m always deeply inspired by the energy in the city, but after having been away for some time I paid particular attention to the street art and graffiti. The words, colors and layers of this piece are reminiscent of the Lower East Side and Soho, my home for close to 20 years.
